Website use
This site is for adults seeking information about non-emergency health-checkup coordination during an existing visit to Guangzhou or the Greater Bay Area. Do not use it to submit urgent medical concerns, medical records, or sensitive identity documents.
Service scope
Tavelyr Health may coordinate planning, appointments, bilingual support, document organization, and related concierge services. Medical providers independently determine whether to accept a patient and what care, if any, is appropriate.
Fees and third parties
Concierge fees and medical-provider fees are separate. Before any paid engagement, the applicable scope, estimated fees, and payment or cancellation terms will be provided in writing. Provider prices, availability, medical decisions, and outcomes are not controlled by Tavelyr Health.
No reimbursement promise
Tavelyr Health may help organize documentation for your records. We do not guarantee eligibility for, or reimbursement from, HSA, FSA, insurance, or any other program.
