We collect the smallest practical amount of information to understand whether our service may fit your Guangzhou trip.
What we collect
When you use the trip-fit form, we collect your name, email address, expected travel month, expected length of stay, selected service goal, selected support preference, and the date of submission. We do not ask for medical records, detailed symptoms, diagnostic information, identity documents, or payment information through this form.
How we use it
We use these details to assess service fit, prepare for an introductory consultation, respond to your inquiry, and improve our lead-conversion process. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
Our website uses Cloudflare infrastructure to host the site and process the form. If you choose a consultation time, our scheduling provider processes the booking information you submit to it under its own privacy terms.
Retention and requests
