Hospitals and treating clinicians provide clinical assessment, orders, recommendations, and care. Tavelyr coordinates planning, logistics, bilingual communication, and documentation organization.
Is the introduction really free?+
Yes. The 20-minute introduction is free, and no deposit is required to book it.
Can you coordinate additional recommended care?+
Potentially. Any additional requested or recommended coordination is separately scoped and priced after the relevant clinical recommendation and practical needs are clear.
Can I use an FSA, HSA, or insurance?+
We can organize itemized receipts and bilingual documentation. Your plan administrator decides eligibility and reimbursement, so Tavelyr cannot guarantee FSA, HSA, or insurance reimbursement.
When will I learn the named hospital or clinician?+
We share named hospitals and clinicians during or after matching, subject to clinical fit and availability.
